Process

Criteria & Eligibility
- Nationality- applicant must be Indian or ward of NRI
- Qualification- candidate who have passed intermediate or 10+2 examination (regular science stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. or Any other equivalent qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.
- Candidates from National Open School are also eligible.
- Age- Applicant should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31 December 2023.

How to Apply
- Application form are available on the website www.diops.co.in.
- Offline application form is also available at the college.
- Application fee of Rs.5000/- must be submitted as DD/UPI/Cash at the college counter along with application form.

- 10 /Matric Certificate
- 12 / Intermediate passing certificate
- 12 / Intermediate Marks sheet
- Transfer certificate/ School Leaving Certificate
- Migration certificate
- Conduction Certificate
- Copy of Aadhar Card
- 6 Passport size Photograph
- Copy of receipt of Payment of Rs.5,000/-
Procedure
- Admission is based on Merit-Based/ Entrance Examination.
- Provisional rank list will be published after verification of all the eligible applications.
- Incomplete and incorrect application will not be considered.
- The students will be admitted the same day based on their ranks and thorough verification of documents in addition to the payment of prescribed fees.
- The right of admission is reserved by the principal
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- Selected applicants shall take admission at the appointed time and date in the college after paying the tuition fee and other fees, failing which the offer of admission will stand cancelled.
- The selected applicants shall produce above mentioned documents in original at the time of admission before the principal, Deo Institute of Pharmacy Sciences.
- Applicant will not be given any extension of time to produce the original documents/ certificate and payment of fees. Two set of Photocopies of all the self-attested documents/certificates listed above also be submitted at the time of admission.
- The date of commencement of the course and the last date of admission process will be as per the time schedule fixed by the Jharkhand state pharmacy council, Ranchi.
- If any candidate discontinues the course after closure of admission, the management is entitled to collect the liquidated damages. In such case the certificate will be issued only after submitting the full course fee and clearing all dues.
- No reason (higher study, better/government College or family reason) given so far for the dropout will not be entertained.
- In any case the submitted fee will not be refunded
- Even replacement for the so called vacant seat will not be consider for refund of the fees.
